Refund policy
Non-Refundable Deposit:
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking for any of our Special Events orders upon signing is strictly non-refundable. If the Client cancels the event due to changes in catering, food preferences, or any other reason, the Deposit will not be returned.
Food Policy Violation:
If the event is canceled by the venue or planner because the client attempted to bring outside food in violation of this agreement, the deposit will be retained to cover damages and admisnistrative costs.
Service/Order Cancellation (No Refund)
Thanks for reaching out. We have received your cancellation request for your event.
As stated in our initial agreement, deposits for custom orders are non-refundable. Because we have already purchased specialized ingredients, turned away other business, we are unable to refund your deposit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our products and strict health and safety standards, Sweet Treats does not accept returns or exchanges.
*All Sales Final: Once food items have left our premises, they are not eligible for return, exchange or refund. This includes on-site sales at Markets and/or Events.
*Exceptions: If an error was made on our part (e.g. wrong item delivered), please contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order with a photo, and w will rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

No Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products and strict health safety regulations, all food sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for food items, including instances of personal taste, color.
