Shipping:
- Shipping methods — local delivery (Fee), pickup Free, or courier ( UPS, FedEx, Purolator, DHL ).

- Shipping costs — flat rate, free over a threshold, or calculated at checkout
- Packaging — how do we keep cookies and loaves fresh during transit? We will include ice packs with your order for coolness and freshness.
- Areas you ship to — local only, across Canada, etc.

| Processing Time | All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, as orders are made fresh. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. |

Delivery Estimates
Special Orders |
Standard: 3–5 business days; Express: 1–2 business days. This does not apply to Special Orders. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather/strike. Please make sure to give enough time for your order to be completed and shipped for your requested day. For All Special Orders we will hand deliver to your event within 300km radius, or to your organizer. There will be a Delivery Fee payable at time of order. Special Orders may be picked up at our location, once client leaves premises we are not held responsible for any mishaps that may occur in delivery. |
